AVM Convention Centre has four principal spaces: the air-conditioned Grand Hall seating 750 in theatre layout with a raised stage; the air-conditioned Dining Hall seating 200 per sitting, served from separate vegetarian and non-vegetarian kitchens; 2 suites and 12 rooms on site; and the grand entrance portico and forecourt for arrivals, registration and displays. All are inside the secured AVM Studios compound with ample parking, power backup and 24-hour CCTV.

AVM Convention Centre has two purpose-built kitchens, one strictly vegetarian and one non-vegetarian, with separate preparation areas and a dedicated hand-wash area beside the dining hall.
