Separate, purpose-built vegetarian and non-vegetarian kitchens serve the 200-seat air-conditioned Dining Hall. Traditional seated service and buffet formats both work. Catering arrangements, including empanelled caterers and any outside-caterer policy, are confirmed at the enquiry stage.

The Grand Hall has a raised stage and full power backup. Share your décor, sound and lighting plan with your enquiry; we will confirm rigging points, power distribution and set-up windows with your vendors.

2 suites and 12 air-conditioned rooms are available on site for the couple, chief guests, speakers, artistes and organising teams. Tell us how many you need and for how long.

Ample car parking inside the AVM Studios compound, a covered portico for drop-offs, single-level access from the portico to the hall and dining hall, and 24-hour CCTV coverage.

Multi-function days
Morning muhurthams with previous-evening receptions, two-day conferences and exhibitions with set-up days are all routine. Hall hours, set-up windows and overnight terms are agreed in your booking.
Accessibility
Guests with specific needs
The venue is completely wheelchair accessible: the hall and dining hall sit on one level with direct access from the portico, and a ramp leads up to the raised stage. Tell us about wheelchair users, elderly guests or other needs at the enquiry stage so we can prepare.
